You can fly into Willard Airport in Champaign (airport code CMI), or if you prefer major airports, Indianapolis is 2 hours away, St Louis is 2-1/2, and Chicago is 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Amtrak stops here on its North/South route, or of course you can drive.
