Susan's Melt-In-Your-Mouth Ham

Glaze:

Mix 1 cup brown sugar (packed), 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard and 1 tablespoon vinegar.  (May need to make more, depending on the size of the ham.)

Preparation:

Put ham in baking dish (I use 13x9x2 pan), and cover ham with glaze.

Cooking:

Bake in 350 degree oven.

Cover to avoid overcooking the outside.

Baste ham with glaze drippings every 20 minutes while cooking.

Length of time to cook depends on size and type of ham.  Check timetable on package or in standard cookbook.

Serving:

When ham is done, slice, and drizzle some of glaze drippings over ham.
